Hi, I’m Lauren, I'm a myofunctional therapist, holistic nutritionist, and bodyworker with a deep passion for whole-body healing. Born with a heart condition and undergoing open-heart surgery just days after birth, my journey with chronic illness began early and continued for years—until I turned to holistic healing and transformed my life. Now, I help others do the same by addressing the root causes of imbalance through personalized, integrative care. My goal is to work from home so I can be present with my son, whom I plan to homeschool and travel the world with, creating a life centered around family, health, and freedom.
